If you are new to our gym or boxing in general we recommend doing the Boxing Fitness classes to begin with.


Class Descriptions

"Boxing Fitness" - This is our signature class we started with in 2003. It is suitable for beginner to advanced levels of fitness. No boxing experience is needed to start these classes. Boxing bags, pad-work plus various other equipment and conditioning drills will be used. We recommend starting with this class.

Final Round - This class is high intensity lasting 45-minutes and will have you feeling like it's your final round!!! Boxing bags, kettle bells, ropes, sleds & more will be used to push you to your limits! (Formally known as "Thrasher"). Suitable for intermediate - advanced trainers.

Old School Boxing - This class will teach you the fundamentals of boxing, including punch technique, correct footwork and defensive skills. This class involves modified contact - mouthguards and 16oz gloves are required. Suitable for intermediate - advanced skill levels.

Fight Camp - Our Fight Camp program is a 10-week program that will teach you all of the skills needed to compete in your 1st (or more) amateur boxing bout! Get in the best shape of your life and help us raise money for local charities. * Check when these are on - book in for the entire 10 week block. (No casuals).

Bars & Bags - This is an 8-week program designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. The sessions are run in the following way: mobility, power, strength and finishedwith conditioning circuits. We test at the start and re-test every 4 weeks.

Confident Kids / Youth "Respect" Classes - Usually run within the school terms.


Pricing Options

4 week membership - $130.00 Upfront. $32.00 Direct Debit weekly (Min 6-weeks).

6 week membership - $180.00 Upfront.

1 week Casual - $37.00

Casual Class - $20.00

Concession Card Holder (* family rate) - $15.00
