Established in 2003, Action is a REAL boxing gym offering REAL boxing training (both contact & non-contact) to the general public. We are a family owned & operated gym. Both Jackie & Brad have been involved in boxing for over 20 years each. Both have competed in the sport of boxing & trained boxers to compete.

Whether you want to come in and join in on the non-contact boxing classes. Learn the finer points of boxing like defence work. Train to compete. Get some Personal or Small Group Training, or organise a Sports Team Session, Action boxing and fitness can cater to your needs!
