Outdoor Sessions.
First Visit is FREE!
We have set up right across the road from Bar Beach Kiosk on Empire Park.
Sessions involve:
- One on One Focus Pad Work
- Kick Pad Work
- Skipping
- Sprint / Jogging Drills (minimal)
- Resistance Training
- Medicine Ball Work
- Abdominal Work + More.
You can cool off in the water if you're keen. (A perfect way to start the day)
All fitness levels are catered for. Goal setting, Evaluation & Progress Monitoring can be included.
Please Note:
- Bookings are recommended in case of cancellation or change of location due to bad weather (usually sent via text message up to 30 minutes before starting)
- 1 month's membership is a calendar month.
- If you miss a session (besides cancellation by me) you can make it up by doing a gym class
